At Touchstone Home Products, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

Carefully repackage your item in its original box with all internal protective foam and documentation to ensure it remains safe during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the product back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
